Registration for February Writing Processes

PROMISES TO MYSELF

A guided (Radmacher Focus Phrase) Process beginning

February 21, 2010. I have long held that the “most important promises are the ones you make to yourself.” And yet, personal promises seem to be the first to be broken and the last to be fulfilled. Teach yourself why and be guided in to creating your very own curriculum to learn how to best keep your promises to yourself.

People say to me, “I have integrity with what I tell other people I will do, but I continually break promises to myself.” I understand that. I’ve created this methodology to call myself into a personal, practical accountability. I recognize I best fulfill my service and vision to others when I am most accountable to my own vision and needs. It is counter to many models. “Selfless service.” “Better to give than receive.” Fill in your own hack phrase right here: ___________________.

If this resonates with your experience, perhaps you are ready to invest in this guided process – It costs $289 and we work for 31 consecutive days. You may write with any questions. I register participants as they reserve their position with payment. We begin with an instructional message the afternoon of February 21. Ready to make a promises to yourself…and teach yourself your own “best practices” to keep them?

Let’s go!

Some Promises To Myself participants share their experience:

Mary Anne's class Promises To Myself has truly opened my eyes to living a mindful life. We all have different needs and desires and this journey is all about you...helping you to define you way, returning you back to yourself, and seeing yourself in new ways. I highly recommend Promises To Myself. You will be completely surprised where it takes you! Jessica R.

Promises to Myself has opened my eyes to the key of creating lasting happiness. Mary Anne has created a way of leading people to a new process of self discovery for creating a life based in truth. Sandra A.

Before this workshop I was already skilled and powerful at making big promises out in the world. But the "Promises to Myself" process is digging deeply into the cracks and corners of my own life, and shedding light on some of the most baffling and persistent patterns of my being, the ones I could never get my hands around before. David K.

This investment in creating and holding myself accountable to my personal promises has generated a rebirth of honoring my soul’s deepest whispers. I’ve uncovered more gratitude, more solitude, more laughter, more joy, more focus - finally grasping and treasuring the profound potential in setting one’s intention. The value has already far exceeded my initial expectations – and they were already high based on my past experiences with Mary Anne’s programs! Marci M.

before: promises were prisons, holding me back from the free-wheeling life i wanted. now: promises fuel my freedom, bringing my hopes and dreams into focus....and soon, reality.

before: promises were a way to force me to do what i did not want to do. now: promises bring forth what i have long been dreaming of doing...and being. dr. k.h.
